Need to return an ordered product?
No problem! If for any reason, you want to return your order you can make a return request within 14 days of receipt and return it easily, and quickly. If you want to replace the product you received with another one you saw in our store, the procedure is the same: we will refund your first order after the return and you can order the product you prefer separately.
On the other hand, if the product arrived to you damaged, please contact us immediately and we will send you a replacement part at our expense.
How to request a return? It's very simple, just follow this procedure:
- Sign in to your account by clicking on the "Sign In" item in the upper right corner,
- Click on the item in green "Are you already registered?"
- Enter your email and password to access your profile (if you don't remember your password click on "Forgot your password?" You will immediately receive an email to reset your password and create a new one),
- Enter the "Product Returns" section,
- Select the order containing the products you want to return and click on "Return Items."
- Follow the portal's step-by-step instructions and send us your return request.
Please note that shipping costs are not refunded. To ship the package you can use online services such as spedire.com or paccofacile.it that allow you to save on the price of shipping and request the courier to come directly to your home, office or wherever you prefer. You will simply need to have a printer available to print the waybill.
Items to be returned must be in the condition in which they were received, properly packaged. In the event that you do not have the original box, we ask that you return the item properly packaged to prevent it from being damaged in transit.
